The hinged design allows you to use both sides of the cutting board with ease. When you complete cutting, turning the pivotable part over the chamber is all you need to do.
The cutting board is easily detachable, so that you could use both chambers to wash and strain fruits, vegatables etc.
Dishwasher-safe up to 70°C. Please put it in the dishwasher after separating the cutting board and the chambers carefully.
